As a Holistic Practitioner, I find that most people are experiencing similar issues when it comes to their health that could be worked on with mindfulness, nutrition, supplements, and/or cannabis.

Taking a full-body approach to health, I work with clients on many different levels to change the mindset and understand the power of nutrition, when it comes to healing. I am just the guide, you heal you.

Food is medicine and what we put in our mouths can either feed disease or fix the disease. Over the past decades, food has changed a lot. It is no longer nutrition-based, it is convenience-based, as a matter of fact so much of what the planet puts in their mouth, isn’t even really food!

If we drill down and take a good look into our lifestyle, what we eat, how we move, how we breathe, how we think, how we handle stress, it’s incredible how many of these are causing us to feel so badly. Many people accept that its just part of life, living with the gassy, burping, bloating, acid reflux, insomnia, aches and pains, the list goes on…

When working with the mind, diet, herbs, breath, movement and maybe even a little cannabis, it may bring your body back into balance. Once you uncover the root cause of these issues, the side effects may start to fall away and you will be amazed at how good you can feel.
